• Passport valid for 6 months on submission.
• Completed application form.
• 1 passport photo.
• Ensure duration of the required visa is circled on the form.
• Applicants for a business visa must apply for a tourist entry visa and make application once in Nepal (Kathmandu).
• The fee is US$100 for 1 year multiple entry & will be issued on the recommendation of the Ministry of Industry
